1. Hygiene & Safety
Because menstrual cups are intimate products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cup that has been:

We can only accept returns of sealed, unopened products or products with manufacturing defects.
2. Unopened Returns (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind and your cup is still sealed in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is at your cost
- A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the unopened product
3. Defective Products
If your cup has a manufacturing defect (e.g., torn, misshapen, bubbles), please contact us within 6 months of purchase.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Protection Act.

- Photos showing the defect
- A brief description
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re new to menstrual cups, we want you to feel supported while learning.
If you’ve tried your cup for at least 3 cycles (90 days) and it’s still not working for you, we offer:
- A full refund, or
- An exchange for a different size
This guarantee:
- Applies once per customer
- Requires proof of purchase
- Must be claimed within 6 months of purchase
5. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damage
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
7. Shipping Returns

- You are responsible for return shipping costs
